Twenty three years ago Rampai moved to America from the Isaan region of Thailand and was thrilled to find that she could grow some of
the same ingredients used in the delicious dishes that are native to her home country.
Thai Basil, galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves are just a few of the locally-grown herbs and spices she incorporates into her
freshly-prepared cuisine allowing her to make her own curry paste from scratch!
Now that her son Jason is grown and off to University, Rampai is seizing the opportunity to share her passion for cooking
with you, with an emphasis on freshness and the very highest quality.
